On June 15 this year, will be held the first pilates (recovery gymnastics) lesson for people with different types of disabilities, under the guidance of the sports instructor Kristīne Kleinšmite at the Liepaja Society of the Blind.
Within the framework of the project, gymnastics classes in the LiepajaSociety of the Blind hall will take place for almost two years or until March 2020. The classes will be held in small groups of 12 people and each group will last for an average of three months. Lessons will be held once a week - on Fridays from 11:00 to 12:00.
Interested people with different types of disabilities can apply for pilates classes in Liepaja Society of the blind project part or by calling 26056026 on workdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
